EQ Software provides a dedicated UK based support team that delivers a high level of assistance with every aspect of our software. The EQ support team can help with any software queries, solve problems or explain the latest features.
You can access support by phoning 01827 839 259 weekdays from 08:45 until 17:00. Alternatively book a support call from within EQ itself. Just click Help > Call back request in the software. Our average response time is within 6 minutes.
For further help, EQ support can provide ‘hands on’ assistance and will connect to your computer using remote desktop support demonstrating how a feature works, or take control and solve a problem.
With EQ, there is a huge amount of helpful information available, written in plain English, enabling you to find answers any time of the day. As part of our after sales care, Customer Services will guide you step by step, through the initial stages of your purchase.

The order details will be carefully processed and you will receive a confirmation by telephone to explain the process in detail and ensure you have a complete understanding of what happens next.

Customer Services will keep in regular contact through the initial stages, to help and assist with your software implementation and be there as your point of contact whilst you become familiar with your new purchase.

Your dedicated Software Consultant will then make the necessary arrangements for training, as part of your implementation process.
