Software Training

New customers who have purchased FoundationEssential or Professional editions are fully instructed on the EQ Level 1 course which is delivered at the EQ Training Centre located at our head office in Shuttington, Tamworth.

For existing customers we have a structured training programme to further enhance your initial investment in training. There are three initial levels designed to train your staff to the required skill set. Courses are accredited by the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom National Training Group (KBB NTG). A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded upon the satisfactory completion of each course.

New Kitchen & Bathroom Design Principles and Project Management Courses

Delivered in conjunction with the National Training Group and the Bathroom Academy. These 2 day courses are aimed at professional kitchen or bathroom designers as well as new entrants into the kbb market.

Day one (Design Principles) guides delegates through the sale process from taking an initial client brief, preparing an accurate survey and creating a working plan to presenting a design. Also, creating an awareness of the latest building regulations, design trends and techniques coupled with practical sessions. 

Day two (Project Management) enables delegates to effectively manage their projects from the quoting stage to successful completion and customer sign off. From initially building the quotation, delegates learn how to professionally create and manage project milestones, track profit margins, control installation timelines and handle all the invoicing and payments. 

Successful candidates will be awarded an industry recognised certificate of achievement accredited by the National Training Group. 


Customers and non-customers of EQ Software are welcome to attend.

You can access support by phoning 01827 839 259 weekdays from 08:45 until 17:00. Alternatively book a support call from within EQ itself. Just click Help > Call back request. Our average response time is within 6 minutes,

For further help, EQ support can provide ‘hands on’ assistance and will connect to your computer using remote desktop support demonstrating how a feature works, or take control and solve a problem.

With EQ, there is a huge amount of helpful information available, written in plain English, enabling you to find answers any time of the day:
For F1 Help just press the F1 button when you are using EQ and it will display help for the screen you are currently in. Or go online to our knowledge base and download short worksheets, detailed manuals or view tutorial videos and see a short demonstration.

The order will be carefully processed and you will receive an order acknowledgement plus text message updates when your order has been despatched.

One of our Software Instructors will be in contact with you to arrange a convenient time and date for your 'EQ Level 1' Instruction.
